I still remembered this pungent smell choking us when we entered the complex through 1 of the smaller entrances. It was a small corridor which is like a 'mini wet market'. The smell hit me left, right, center & made me want to run away fast!! It was a mixture of sour vegetable & stale meat blah blah blahh....
Anyway, it was my first time having Thai steamboat and it was not too bad but not really fantastic. We were served with 2 huge metal pots: it was a combination of BBQ and soup steamboat.

We met up with Sonia (friend + ex-colleague) at 1 of the dessert house at Liang Seah street. Ben drove us there from Golden Mile. No photos of the desserts place because we were too busy sharing exciting stories & intense gossips!!
Cat & Elaina left after dessert because they have to work on Sat morning (5 1/2 days work shift sucks big time) and the remaining few: Ben, myself, Alicia & Sonia went for drinks =)

Nothing beats chillax with great company & ice cold beer. Nice catching up with them once in a while and it's great to find out that they are actually doing pretty well after leaving my current company!!
