Sleeping late

I have always been sleeping late from who knows how many years ago because to me the night is always very young. Today when i logged into facebook, I saw a friend of mine posting this article "Sleeping late at night is equivalent to indirectly committing suicide* (Dedicated to youngsters who like to stay up late) *
ps. I'm not young anymore.

This is a short intro from the article "According to the Chinese medical's view,the imbalance of Yin and Yang of our organs are caused due to fatigue(Overworked), instead of resting the body organs are fighting with each other, finally causing organ failure and died, so I hope you're not next!"

Imbalance of ying yang of our organs? Sorry, but I'm more towards western medicine and factual science.

Night time 9pm-11pm*
Our body immune system (lymph) is discharging toxic , the environment should be quite or u can relax by listening music.

Late night 11pm - 1am*
Liver detoxification, carried out during sleep.

Early morning 1am-3am*
Gallbladder detoxification, carried out during sleep.

Early morning 3am-5am*
Lungs detoxification, this explains why some people suffering from cough do it most dramatically during this period as toxic are being removed. Not recommended to use cough medicine, so as not to inhibit the exclusion of waste sediments.

Morning 5am-7am*
Colon(Last part of the digestive system) detoxification, it extracts water and salt from solid wastes before they are eliminated from the body.
Explains why people with healthy digestive system, clear their bowels every morning at this period!

Morning 7am-9am*
Small intestine play a major role in absorption of foods and nutrients Thats why having breakfast is so important!*

For those that are down with sickness, it is best to eat before 6:30am*
Healthy person to remain eating before 7:30am*
Those who always skip breakfast should change their habit, even if you dragged breakfast to 9am-10am,eating something is better nothing!*

Midnight 12pm-4pm
For the blood in our spinal cord to replenish
Carried out during sleep. Not advised to stay up late.

Okay so the body detoxification timelines makes sense and got nothing to do with ying yang or qi stuffs so I reckon they are fake. So take this as a reference next time when you think awake is the new sleep.
